Architectural Committee Guidelines

HOA board acts as Architecture Committee, and all questions and requests for changes should be submitted to the HOA Board.

General Rules

  1. No signs are allowed other than realtor and home security.
  2. Pets: dogs, cats or household pets limited to maximum of TWO (2). Dogs must be kept on a leash and not allowed to run free. No pets may be kept for commercial purposes. Owners are responsible for cleaning up their pet’s messes on neighbor’s property, common lands, roads and sidewalks.
  3. No part of property shall be used as a dumping ground. Garbage and trash shall be kept in containers concealed from public view. Composting should be screened from view and kept free of offensive odors.
  4. No activity shall take place that may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood, including frequent loud disturbances and bright lights.
  5. Personal vehicles must be parked on paved driveways. No, campers, trailers, other recreational vehicles or boats shall be routinely parked or stored on private property except within an approved structure. No vehicles, boats or trailers of any type may be parked on unpaved property, common or private.
  6. Homeowners must maintain their property and keep it in good condition at all times. Trees and shrub growth along streets must be maintained so as not to block a neighbor’s view, obstruct street lighting or limit a driver’s visibility.
  7. Planting or removal of shrubs and trees in common areas is not permitted for homeowners.
  8. Fire wood, equipment, tools, or other personal property must be stored out of sight.
  9. No commercial trade or activity of any kind shall be carried out upon any of the property, except home offices that don’t create excessive traffic.
